METHOD

Step 1

Spread a generous layer of hummus over each whole wheat tortilla.

Step 2

Layer the sliced bell peppers, cucumber, carrots, spinach leaves, and avocado evenly on top of the hummus.

Step 3

Drizzle some lemon juice over the veggies and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 4

Carefully roll up the tortilla, tucking in the sides as you go to create a wrap.

Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately, or wrap in parchment paper for an on-the-go snack.
