These Kit-Kat Truffles are little bites of chocolate bliss. Made by blending Kit-Kat bars with rich cream cheese and then coating them in smooth chocolate, these truffles offer a delightful surprise of crunch within a silky shell. METHOD

Step 1

Break the Kit-Kat bars into pieces and place them in a food processor. Pulse until finely crushed.

Step 2

Add the softened cream cheese to the crushed Kit-Kats in the food processor and blend until completely combined, forming a sticky dough.

Step 3

Using a spoon or your hands, scoop small amounts of the mixture and roll them into 1-inch balls. Place them onto a wax paper-lined baking sheet.

Step 4

Melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, microwaving in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and fully melted.

Step 5

Use a fork to dip each truffle ball into the melted chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off back into the bowl. Place each coated truffle back onto the wax paper.

Step 6

Refrigerate the truffles for about 1 hour, or until the chocolate coating is set.

Step 7

Once set, remove the truffles from the refrigerator and serve at room temperature. Store any extras in an airtight container in the fridge.
