Rinse the cranberries thoroughly and drain them.
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine 1 cup of water, the zest and juice of 1 orange, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
Add 1 cup of honey and stir until the honey is dissolved.
Add the cranberries and a cinnamon stick to the saucepan.
Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cranberries have popped and the sauce has thickened.
