METHOD

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Step 2

Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.

Step 3

Transfer the rolled dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Spread a layer of tomato sauce evenly over the pizza dough.

Step 5

Sprinkle a generous amount of mozzarella cheese over the sauce.

Prepare your veggies: slice the bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, and red onion; and thinly slice the zucchini.

Step 7

Evenly distribute the sliced vegetables over the cheese, arranging them in a colorful manner for a 'rainbow' effect.
