Melt the milk chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring in between until smooth.
Spoon some melted chocolate into 12 half-sphere silicone molds, spreading it evenly to cover each mold. Make sure the chocolate layer is not too thin, or the bombs may crack.
Refrigerate the molds for 5-10 minutes until the chocolate is set.
Carefully remove the chocolate domes from the molds.
In 6 of the half-spheres, place a tablespoon of cocoa powder and a handful of miniature marshmallows.
Gently heat the rim of an empty half-sphere by pressing it briefly on a warm plate, then quickly place it on top of a filled half-sphere to seal, creating a full sphere. Repeat with the remaining halves.
(Optional) Decorate the cocoa bombs with a drizzle of melted chocolate and sprinkles.
To serve, place a cocoa bomb in a mug and pour 8-10 ounces of steaming hot milk over it. Watch as it melts open, stir and enjoy!
