METHOD

Step 1

Prepare all vegetables by washing and chopping them into bite-sized pieces.

Step 2

In a large skillet or wok, heat olive oil over high heat.

Step 3

Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Step 4

Add bell pepper, broccoli, and carrots to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.

Step 5

Then add snap peas and continue stir-frying for another 2-3 minutes until all vegetables are tender-crisp.

Step 6
