METHOD

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a small bowl, mix together minced garlic, chopped fresh rosemary, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.

Rub the marinade generously over the pork tenderloin, ensuring it is well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes (or up to overnight in the refrigerator for more flavor).
