Appetizers don’t get much better than these stuffed mushrooms! Filled with a savory mixture of cheese, herbs, and breadcrumbs, they’ll be the hit of your next party!
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems carefully, setting the caps aside.
Finely chop the mushroom stems and set them aside.
In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, chopped mushroom stems, minced garlic, chopped parsley, olive oil, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Fill each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture, mounding it slightly on top.
Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
