METHOD

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Step 2

Add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Step 3

Add the broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots, and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.

Step 4

Add the snow peas and continue to stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

Step 5

Pour in the soy sauce and toss the vegetables to coat evenly in the sauce.

Step 6

Cook for another minute, then remove from heat.

Step 7

Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.

Step 8

Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
