METHOD

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.

Step 3

Form the mixture into small meatballs (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on a baking tray.

Step 4

Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until they are cooked through and golden brown.

Step 5

While the meatballs are baking, prepare the glaze by whisking together soy sauce, honey, sriracha, and rice vinegar in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low.

Step 6

Once the meatballs are cooked, pour the sweet and spicy glaze over them and gently toss to coat.

Step 7

Serve the meatballs on a platter, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy as an appetizer or over a bed of rice for a main dish!
