METHOD

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Step 2

Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and place them on a baking sheet.

Drizzle the olive oil over the cauliflower and sprinkle with cumin, paprika, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
