Rinse sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Cook rice as per package instructions.
Spread the cooked rice on a flat tray and let it cool to room temperature.
In a small bowl, combine chopped tuna with mayonnaise and sriracha sauce to your preferred spice level. Mix well.
Place a sheet of nori, shiny side down, on a bamboo sushi mat.
Wet your fingers lightly and spread an even layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving about 1 inch at the top edge free from rice.
