METHOD

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2

Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and carefully remove the stems, setting them aside.

Finely chop the mushroom stems, parsley, chives, and garlic.

In a pan over medium heat, add a tablespoon of olive oil. Sauté the mushroom stems until soft.
