METHOD

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

On a baking sheet, toss cherry tomatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes until blistered.

Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package instructions. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
