METHOD

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Roll out the pie crust and fit it into a 9-inch pie pan. Trim the excess and crimp the edges as desired. Set aside.

In a large bowl, toss the sliced apples with granulated sugar and ground cinnamon until well coated.

Spread the apples evenly into the prepared pie crust.
