METHOD

Step 1

Melt milk chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.

Step 2

Using a spoon, coat the inside of a silicone mold with the melted chocolate, ensuring an even layer.

Step 3

Refrigerate the molds for about 10 minutes or until the chocolate has set.

Step 4

Once set, carefully remove the chocolate shells from the mold.

Step 5

Fill each chocolate shell with 2 tablespoons of hot cocoa mix, a pinch of pumpkin spice mix, and a few mini marshmallows.

Step 6

Heat a plate in the microwave or with hot water and gently press the open sides of two chocolate shells to melt them slightly.

Step 7

Quickly seal the two halves together to form a complete sphere.

Step 8

If desired, melt additional chocolate and drizzle over the top of the bomb and sprinkle with gold sparkling sugar for decoration.

Step 9

To serve, place a cocoa bomb in a mug and pour hot milk over the top, watching it burst open and release the contents inside.
