METHOD

Step 1

Preheat your slow cooker to low.

Step 2

Rub the pork shoulder with salt, pepper, minced garlic, and chopped onion.

Step 3

Place the pork in the slow cooker, and cover it with BBQ sauce.

Step 4

Cook on low for 8 hours until the meat is tender and easily shredded.

Step 5

Remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks.

Step 6

Return the shredded pork back to the slow cooker and mix it with the sauce.

Step 7

Toast the buns lightly on a skillet or grill.

Spoon the pulled pork onto the toasted buns and drizzle with extra BBQ sauce if desired.
