Add taco seasoning mix to the beef along with a splash of water, stir to combine, and simmer for 5 minutes until sauce thickens.
Warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until pliable.
To assemble the tacos, place a generous scoop of seasoned beef into each tortilla.
Top with shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, shredded cheese, and sliced jalapeños to taste.
